Shipping is a flat fee to anywhere in the Continental USA.

$20 for any BMX bike with wheel size 20" or 18"
$30 for any bike with wheel size 24" or 26"
$9.50 for any Softgood item

Please consider the following when ordering complete bikes online:
 
We strongly suggest that you have your bike assembled by a qualified bike mechanic. It is very rare that a bike will assemble perfectly right out of the box. The bike manufacturers will not honor warranties unless a professional bike mechanic assembles your bike.
 
Please register your bike with your bike manufacturer.

Please contact the maker of your bike with any warranty concerns, questions or claims.

How Do I Purchase Products?

1. Call 765-742-6421 and purchase with your credit card over the phone.
2. Mail a money order with you purchase request to:

5. E-Mail jp@oldskoolcycles.com with your ordering needs. We will send you an invoice through the PayPal Secure Payment Center. You have the flexibility to pay with any credit card of your choice or with your PayPal account.

Placing an Order Online:

Online ordering is available 24-hours every day and is the fastest way to have our products shipped to you.

Follow these two easy steps to order:

2. Choose the product(s) you want to order. E-Mail your order to jp@oldskoolcycles.com. Once your invoice arrives in your E-Mail Box: provide payment information, a shipping address and phone number for your delivery destination.

Your privacy is protected. Paypal services use the most advanced encryption technology that safeguards your personal information.

What types of payments do we accept?

2. Online orders use the Secure PayPal Payment. You have the flexibility to pay with any credit card of your choice or with your PayPal account. 

All charges will be in United States dollars.

**Please note: Residents of Indiana are subject to 7% tax**

How will my Complete bike be packaged and shipped?

1. Complete bikes will be shipped partially assembled. We strongly suggest asking a qualified bicycle mechanic to assemble your bike.

We ship FedEx to anywhere in the USA . We ship USPS to APO/FPO/AK/HI and Internationally.

2. If you would like "signature required" added to the shipping instructions, please send along a note via email with this request. Please note, any purchase over $500 will have "signature required".

What happens if my bike is damaged during shipping?

1. Please contact us, write or call our shop. Please keep the original box and packing and take as many pictures as you can. We will make a claim for you and try to make it right, but if we do not have the original box and packing with pictures, the claim for reimbursement will not be honored. Keep everything how you received it until the claim is finalized.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are normally processed the same day that we receive them and generally shipped within five business days of payment received.

All orders submitted after business hours on Friday are processed on Monday.

APO/FPO/AK/HI Shipping:

1. Please email jp@oldskoolcycles.com or call 765-742-6421 with your shipping address and we will give you a shipping quote.

International Shipping

1. Please confirm that we are able to ship to you before placing an order. Write jp@oldskoolcycles.com with your inquiry.

2. Please note that customs, excise taxes and/or duties are not including in your shipping quote. Please contact your local shipping authority for an estimate of these costs.

3. Shipping delivery time does not include the time that Customs may hold your package.

4. Old Skool Cycles uses USPS-Priority Mail International shipping. It has an estimated delivery time of 6-10 days with the ability to track your package.

5. Actual shipping charges for any returned or refused items will be your responsibility.

6. Please contact your post office for any damage claims due to shipping. After you contact your post office, write or call our shop. Please keep the original box and packing and take as many pictures as you can. We will make a claim for you and try to make it right, but if we do not have the original box and packing with pictures, the claim for reimbursement will not be honored. Keep everything how you received until your claim is finalized.

How do I return an item to Old Skool Cycles?

1. The return must be made within 30 days of receipt. Please call or write Old Skool Cycles before you send your item back. We must agree to accept your return BEFORE you return the item. Also, the item must be in new condition in the original packing.

2. Once we agree to accept your item, enclose your original receipt and indicate the reason you are returning it. This information helps us to prevent any future disappointments. The product cannot be used. Return applies only to new items without any use. All parts and accessories must be in original packaging.

2. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, credit will be processed against the credit card used for the purchase. If you paid by money order, we will mail you a refund. Please allow 14 days, after we receive the item, for processing your credit or mailing your refund.

Returned and/or Cancelled items, that have been processed and shipped, are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Payment towards shipping will not be refunded.  

**Actual shipping charges will be deducted from your original purchase if the shipping costs are greater than your payment towards shipping.**

For example: you are charged $20 to ship a bike. You live in California. Actual shipping charges are $38. You want to return or cancel the bike order. Old Skool Cycles must receive the bike in new condition/not assembled or built in any way.

You would have to pay FedEx or UPS to return the bike.

In addition, you would be charged a 15% restock fee plus $38 to return the bike (actual shipping charges). If the bike was sold to you for $200 and you chipped in $20 towards shipping, you would receive a refund of $152.

$200 + $20 (the amount that you chipped in towards shipping) minus 15% ($30) minus actual shipping ($38) = $152 refund.

Returned items due to an incorrect address:

Any packages that are returned to Old Skool Cycles due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer will be subject to the 15% restocking fees, the actual shipping fees to deliver the package and the additional shipping fees to return your package to Old Skool Cycles. Please be sure that you supply the correct address.

For example: You paid $20 to ship your bike. You live in California. You supplied the incorrect address. It costs Old Skool Cycles $38 to ship your bike, in which you contributed $20. Old Skool Cycles will take the total spent on the bike to find the 15% restock fee. We will add the actual shipping, $38 (-$20 that you chipped in) with the 15% restock fee and subtract them from the total that was originally charged. In this example, we would refund $152 out of the $200 original cost for the bike. $200 + $20 (the amount that you chipped in towards shipping) minus 15% ($30) minus actual shipping ($38) = $152 refund
